Help systems aren't a substitute for good design. They should only be used when there really isn't any other efficient way of telling the user how to properly interact with a design. For instance, while you probably don't come across many tutorials for how to use a faucet, you would probably struggle to find a plane or automobile that doesn't have a user's manual. These manuals aren't really substitutes for good designing, it's just that some designs have so many intricate pieces that it isn't feasible to just expect the user to know all the functions right off the bat. For project #5, there are a few categories to look at when finding a persona. There are the hardcore comic followers who are the most invested into the changes being made, and then there are the casual fans who may have read the comics a little and saw some recent movies that feature the superhero.
