When it comes to Help systems, I think they are useful in certain situations. Many websites that are centered around being user-friendly should not need help systems but some sort of design software or game with help systems could be very much useful. With that being said, if a design is thought to be "obvious" then it should not need these help systems.
For the personas, the target audience could be a number of people. The animators, the fans of superheros, children and the people selling the products.
