1. The user's mental model is that of ease with use. If the redesign helps the user cooperate with the program quicker and without flaws, the new design seems sufficient.
2. The mental model is all about visions being put to paper. Implementation could be sending out a product completely finished and ready for use. Mental model is not entirely ready for use but more ready to be tested.
