With a focus on Youtube, the users mental model would be how easily can they play a list of songs or adding songs to a set list instead of searching.  They would see this as being correct by clicking one or two buttons.  Them clicking "Add to queue" is considered the only step they have to take besides clicking play.

The mental model would clash with the programming model in a sense that the programmers develop several lines of code and programs just to make this feature work in a simple and quick manner.
