For project #3 what my partner and I decided to do was redesign the homepage, mainly the recommended and popular section. Also to make the add channels more simply and not navigate you away from the home screen. This would make the design more obvious and get ride of the nice to have features that the home page had.
This would clash with the implementation model because the programmers implemented features that they liked and didn't see redundant like we did. I think a key thing the programmers don't understand that users like simple and easy. Not to be hounded with redundancy features that make things redundant.
