We worked with the comments and related videos sections. YouTube sets up its comments section in a way that supports an easy mental model, which would be something like the site storing them all as a list, and adding to that basic list whenever someone posts a new comment. The mental model also shows the comments on different pages.
The implementation model might have a more complicated way of seeing comments, such as using trees to find them. The implementation model wouldn't have different pages, as those are only a simple way to show a certain number of the comments at one time.
